A development schedule includes more than bench work. Our in-house teams coordinate creation, testing and scale-up across our Singapore sites, with responsibility for the brief through to the first production batch.
Our HQ, flavour creation, application and sensory work are at 82 Ubi Avenue 4, Edward Boustead Centre. Manufacturing is at 15 Senoko Drive, JTC Food Hub. A flavourist can adjust a profile, have it made up, taste it in your actual product and put it in front of a panel in Singapore.
The in-house teams responsible for scale-up share the brief, trial results and approved specification across our Singapore sites. That continuity carries the development work into the first production batch.

A Brief Taken Once, Properly
We take the target, the process, the pack, the shelf life and the cost envelope at the start, from the people who will actually do the work. Most lost weeks trace back to a constraint that surfaced late because nobody asked at the beginning.
Creation and Application in Parallel
The profile is developed against a working prototype of your product from the first iteration, not matched on a blotter and then discovered to fail in the matrix. Problems that would normally appear at week six appear in week one, when they are cheap.
Pilot-Scale Before Your Line
Our pilot plant reproduces the thermal and mechanical conditions of full production at a fraction of the volume. Scale-up behaviour is found here, on our equipment and our time, rather than during a trial run on your line.
